Open source · Seven-agent AI pipeline for procurement bids

What it is

A seven-agent AI pipeline that evaluates procurement bids and forces every claim to cite its source.

The problem

An AI that summarises a tender document is useless if you cannot check what it read. Procurement decisions need an audit trail.

What I built

  • Seven agents across a bid evaluation pipeline
  • A Pydantic citation-enforcement schema requiring every agent output to include a page number and a verbatim quote from the source PDF
  • An orchestrator that rejects and retries any uncited response
  • A Human Review Required flag raised when agents disagree, for example Technical PASS with Compliance FAIL

Design and engineering decisions

  • Citations are enforced at the schema level rather than requested in the prompt, because a prompt is a suggestion and a schema is a gate.
  • Disagreement between agents surfaces a human review flag instead of being averaged away, since a split verdict is exactly the case a person should see.
  • Built on Cloud Run so the pipeline scales per document without idle cost.

Verifiable proof
