Who is responsible
This site is run by Syed Saad Ur Rahman (BrassNorth), an independent studio based in India. Questions and rights requests go to hello@brassnorth.com. Formal postal address: 8-2-93/2, Sri Sai Enclave, Old Bowenpally, Secunderabad, Telangana 500011, India
What I collect
When you use the enquiry form, I collect your name, business name, country, business type, phone number, website link, project need, budget, timeline, preferred contact method and message. I also receive the technical information needed to operate the site, such as a browser request and a cookieless analytics event.
Why I use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss or deliver a project.
- To send previews, invoices, handover details and support updates.
- To keep project records, payment records and opt-out requests.
- To understand aggregate site usage through Vercel Web Analytics, with no advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
Providers actually used
- Vercel hosts this website and provides cookieless Web Analytics.
- Supabase stores enquiry and project data with row-level access controls.
- Resend delivers enquiry and project email where enabled.
- Razorpay processes Indian payments where a project uses it. International payments use bank transfer, and Razorpay where available.
No Cal.com booking tool is currently listed because it is not live.
Sharing and storage
I do not sell your information. It is shared only with the providers above when needed to operate the site or deliver your project, or where the law requires it. Enquiries that do not convert are deleted 12 months after last contact. Client project files are kept for 3 years after the project ends. Invoices and payment records are kept for 8 years for Indian tax record-keeping. Opt-out records are kept indefinitely with minimum data. Analytics data is kept for 24 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw permission for follow-up contact, by emailing hello@brassnorth.com. I will respond within 7 days. If you are a client, some records may need to be retained for legal or tax reasons.
Security and data location
I use HTTPS, access controls and provider security settings appropriate to the project. Supabase is configured for an India region where available; Vercel hosts the site through its global infrastructure. No online service can be guaranteed impossible to breach. If something affecting your data happens, I will tell you and help fix what I can.
